Help Build a Habitat for Humanity House in Cedar Falls
Nazareth Seeks Volunteers to Build Habitat House
2008 marks the third year of Nazareth’s involvement with Thrivent Builds with Habitat for Humanity. This year’s house will be built at 824 W. 3rd Street in Cedar Falls. Nazareth will provide prayer support, financial support, and volunteer labor. Work will take place Wednesdays and Saturdays from now through July 26.
Habitat Volunteer Positions Available
• Construction workers (skilled and unskilled)
• Lunch providers (this is a good small group project)
• Persons to sign in workers (one hour in the morning)

EPIC Funds Assist College Students
EPIC Funds Available for College Students
Education Partners in Covenant (EPIC) is a partnership between Nazareth Lutheran Church and any participating ELCA college in Iowa. This year, Nazareth will again offer students attending one of these colleges a $100 award per school year. Matching funds are available from participating colleges. Applications are available at the Information Desk or in the church office. The deadline to apply is June 1, 2008.
