Our Mission

Blessed Beginnings strives to provide a safe, loving Christian environment where children develop a positive self-concept based on a trusting relationship with God.

Our Objectives

Teach simple Christian truths. Proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ in a clear and simple manner that children understand. Encourage the child to help him/herself. Serve the childcare needs of the members of Nazareth and others in the Cedar Valley. Help children through observation, evaluation and parent-teacher conferences. Give children the opportunity to grow and develop physically, emotionally, intellectually, socially, and spiritually.

Learning Center

BB-children-028sm Blessed Beginnings offers age-appropriate mental, emotional, social, spiritual and physical development of young children in a Christian environment that is grounded in God’s word and purpose. The activities, and curriculum, therefore, aim to develop and support well-rounded individuals and families to acknowledge the daily presence of Christ in their lives.

Preschool

BB-children-122sm Our preschool is designed to meet the educational needs of 3-5 year olds. The Christian curriculum is integrated into our daily activities and interactions.

School Age

BB-children-135sm We provide before and after school care for children who are enrolled in Cedar Falls elementary schools. Transportation to and from school is provided. The summer program offers full time childcare to elementary-aged children.
